Did you know...More than half of highway fatalities are related to deficient roadway conditions?
A groundbreaking study by Dr. Ted Miller and Dr. Eduard Zaloshnja of the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation shows that more forgiving roads will save lives, and cut costs.
